How are we going to get things started? What is WXW going to actually provide for you in terms of service? What does this marketing service actually look like? These are all valid questions, and things that I discuss with clients during the Consultation phase.
After an initial consultation meeting, I go away and map out a plan of how best to approach your marketing needs, and develop a marketing strategy for your business.
Often, the hardest part is determining where to start – especially when a client has a number of key areas that all require the same attention.
Establishing social media accounts, creating a website and an online store – they all work in conjunction with each other, and are all vitally important in their own sense.
They all go hand-in-hand with each other as well, so my role is to determine what takes priority and how best to roll that out for the client.
When providing a client with a marketing strategy, it’s important for me to ensure that a client has a thorough understanding of what they’re signing up for, what they’re paying for, and what my role is in assisting them and their business.
Clients receive a marketing strategy that details all the areas that were discussed during the consultation, and I then identify a comprehensive list of the role that WXW plays.
